A note from the founder
I've worked with family offices for much of my career, both as an advisor and as a single family office director.
The pattern is consistent. Family offices manage institutional-grade complexity and sensitive information with lean teams, fragmented systems, external advisors, bespoke reporting cycles, and governance routines.
Even with strong people and good systems, too much work still depends on manual coordination, individual memory, and recurring follow-ups.
SFO Logic is being built to structure that work through managed, private AI workflows that fit the way family offices already operate.
Origin
Why SFO Logic exists
Family offices are not standard organizations. Each one has its own asset types, entities, reporting routines, advisors, documents, governance needs, and decision-making style.
Many family offices already use valuable systems, but recurring work still often happens around those systems, across emails, files, reports, and follow-ups.
SFO Logic is being built to take a different approach: use AI workflow automation to reduce manual work around the existing operating model, while preserving the flexibility, discretion, and control that family offices require.
